Study Design: Prospective observational validation at GGH Kurnool (Government General Hospital, Andhra Pradesh). All patients underwent simultaneous Rijuven CardioSleeve® STI measurement and echocardiographic assessment. EF < 40% defined HFrEF (positive case). The 373-patient dataset supersedes the earlier 259-patient interim analysis; all statistics reflect the complete cohort.
