Rejiva is a fully customized monitoring solution. This is a wireless, fully connected, platform capable of live streaming EKG, Blood Pressure, Pulse, Breathing Rate, SPO2, Body Position, and Fall Detection. Rejiva is not only deployable as an event monitor, halter monitor, or MCOT. The Rejiva devices and platform can instantly create a monitored bed in any care setting, track discharged patients at home, and monitor high risk patients in real time, all with the freedom that a patient deserves.

Rejiva combines the three traditional remote EKG monitoring approaches. One system capable of Event, Halter, MCOT, and so much more. The Rejiva Patch connects and transmits wirelessly for live, beat to beat, cloud analysis. Care teams can access streaming patient data from any location. Algorithms detect, record, alert, and create detailed reports to providers. A patient facing app allows for event diary entrees, alerts, and communication between patient and care team. A simpler and improved approach improves adherence, delivers faster analysis, and creates a better patient experience.

High risk patients can frequently be in need of more consistent examination. Rejiva allows providers to keep a constant watchful eye on this patient population without infringing on their personal freedoms, or requiring them to be hospitalized. Rejiva configurations can constantly monitor a patients heart rate, breathing rate, EKG, body position, SPO2, and blood pressure, even as they go about their daily lives. Whether deployed to discharged patients, nursing home residents, palliative care patients, or again in place seniors, Rejiva gives providers the ability to monitor and intervene at any moment. 

Monitored Bed 

Rejiva's robust capabilities make it a viable alternative to a full monitored bed. Many care settings lack the flexibility or resources to provide monitored beds. Rejiva's compact hardware, tablet base stations, and cloud based software/analysis give it the flexibility to create a fully monitored scenario in any setting. The Rejiva Device:

The Rejiva hardware is centered around Rijuven's patented Rejiva EKG Patch. A lightweight, sleek, wireless chest worn monitor. The patch contains two dry electrode sensors, an accelerometer, and bluetooth connectivity. 

  • Rejiva Patches connect to cellular base stations, which communicate with the cloud based servers for analysis.

  • Patches are fully re-usable

  • Patches contain a rechargeable battery.

  • Rejiva Patches can be worn either with a chest strap or stuck directly to the chest with a light two sided adhesive.

  • The built in accelerometer tracks body position and is used for fall detection

  • The patch is capable of native storage during periods of no connectivity. Backed storage is released and analyzed as soon as a connection is available.

  • Patch battery life is between 48 and 72 hours.

  • Patch is sweat and water resistant.

  • Sensors are dry electrode and require no gel.


The Rejiva Software:

The Rejiva Software is designed to exceed the necessary functions of remote EKG monitoring and analysis. Care teams can access patient data and algorithm analysis in real time from any cloud connected device. To create a fully monitored environment we added Blood Pressure, HR, SPO2, Breathing Rate, Body Positioning, and Fall Detection.
